Usually the first contact is made via phone or email. Tell us your problems and we’ll take care of the arrangements for your upcoming trip.
From the first moment of your arrival in Germany, you will receive henceforth everything what you need. There is a shuttle service available for guests, which will take you from point A to B, as well as an interpreter, who will accompain you to all appointments and will translate for you.
According to your description of the problem and diagnosis, we take care to contact all necessary doctors and clinics and to arrange appointments for the treatments. Also, we carry a patient file, which is completed with all the information about you.
Hopefully with perfect health, you will get your patient file handed out to you upon your return home. Depending on the diagnosis you will know how your recovering process look like and what you have to keep in mind during this time. If necessary, before your departure we will inform you about further treatments and will take care of coordination.
GMC network includes the best and most prestigious clinics in whole Germany. We will find the right contact for you depending on your symptoms or diagnosis, and take over the intermediation.
GMC organizes your entire journey from the initial planning up to the flight. We book your tickets, make the transfer and book the hotel for you. We will be glad to help with visa, if necessary, and book a private or ambulance aircraft.
Language and transport problems are no more an issue at GMC – because to all of your appointments you will be accompanied by one of our professional interpreters. Of course, also a private driver for you is available during your entire stay.
